Terms and Conditions of Membership
This system for your personal use only and your user name and password is not to be shared or used by any other individual within or outside of your company. Any use by another individual or distribution of any of the contents is strictly prohibited and is considered a violation of these terms and conditions and may violate U.S. copyright laws. Aircargo Communities Inc maintains full authority to exercise legal remedy for infringement of copyright as well as financial loss resulting from violation of these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to protect your user name and password from use by any other individual.
Payment can be made securely with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa or by mailing a check or money order.
An annual subscription fee will be charged to the Subscriber as set forth on the current subscription page. Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms herein, the Subscriber hereby authorizes Aircargo Communities Inc. to charge the Subscriber's credit card in order to pay for the initial membership as well as the annual current renewal fee at time of term renewal.
The Subscriber's membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.
The Subscriber must promptly inform Aircargo Communities Inc. of changes in the following:
- change in the credit card to be used for billing purposes;
- the expiration date of any credit card used for payment;
- billing address;
- breaches of security such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a user name of password.
Payment for the appropriate services will be made by automatic credit card debit. The Subscriber's membership will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration of the Membership.
Cancellation of membership must be done within 10 days prior to membership expiration and rebilling. If the account is cancelled anytime after the 10 day period, members will be charged for the following term. Cancellation notification can by made by the Subscriber by electronic or conventional mail or by telephone.
30 Day Free trial
When you subscribe to the 30 day free trial, your card will automatically be charged on the 31st day. Should you wish to cancel this transaction for any reason, please contact us before your 30 day trial expires by calling us toll free at 1-866-952-9050.
