Aircargo Communities Inc.
Doing business as Air Cargo Inc. / ACI
Effective date: September 8, 2026
These terms cover aircargocommunities.com and the products sold on it: the online ACI Guide, the annual Air Freight Directory, the freight router, the load board, the fuel-surcharge matrix, the quoting tools, the data API, print and digital advertising, and the TSA Compliance Gateway.
Aircargo Communities Inc. ("ACI," "we," "us") is a California company. Mail: P.O. Box 2154, South San Francisco, CA 94083. Telephone: 650-952-9050.
Using the site, buying a subscription, placing a listing or an ad, posting on the load board, or opening a Gateway account is how you accept these terms. If you cannot live with them, do not buy and do not post.
A load posted on the board is not a contract of carriage with ACI. ACI is not the carrier on that freight.
The site and the memberships are for adults, 18 or older, acting for themselves or for a company they have authority to bind. This is a trade tool, not a children's site.
What you type has to be true. A listing that invents airports, a load-board post that describes freight that does not exist, or a Gateway record that is fiction is grounds for removal and for closing the account.
The Privacy Policy dated September 8, 2026, at https://www.aircargocommunities.com/privacy-policy/, is part of these terms. We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers. Traffic measurement is done with Plausible, which does not set a cookie. Directory listings are published on purpose because that is the product.
Close an account through https://www.aircargocommunities.com/contact-us/ with "Close Account" on the first line. Closing the account does not recall a printed book already mailed, and it does not erase an invoice we still have a legal duty to keep.
Plans and prices are as posted on the pricing page, or as written in a custom quote. An annual plan runs twelve months from the day we accept the order unless the quote says otherwise.
A subscription gives access to the tools named on that plan. It does not give ownership of ACI's data, software, or trademarks. It does not give a right to scrape the directory or the API beyond the documented interface.
Listing copy is the member's responsibility. We may refuse or edit a listing that is false, that infringes a name, or that is not air-freight business. We may correct an obvious error. Send listing changes through the contact form.
Online listings can be updated in the ordinary course. A printed annual book is a snapshot; it is not corrected after it ships.
We can decline an order if the buyer is not in the trade we serve, if the information looks wrong, or if we suspect fraud. We will say so.
Charges are due as stated on the invoice or the checkout page. We take cards through Square. Approved accounts are invoiced.
You must have the right to use the card or the credit line you tender. A declined card is not a reason to hold us liable for a delayed listing.
A late charge appears only if it was disclosed on the invoice or in a credit arrangement you signed.
We do not store full card numbers. Square does.
An annual plan that is set to renew will renew at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will not invent a renewal you were not told about. If a plan renews automatically, the invoice or the account page will say so.
Cancel through the contact form or by phone. Cancellation stops the next term. It does not refund a term already started, except as follows:
If we cancel a plan because we are discontinuing the product, unused prepaid time is refunded pro rata.
The load board is a bulletin board for members. A post is an invitation to deal, not a carriage contract with ACI. ACI does not take custody of the freight, does not set the rate on that haul, and does not guarantee that the other party will pay or perform.
Do not post personal information that is not needed to move the freight. Do not harvest the board to build a list. We may take down a post that is false, off-subject, or abusive.
An API key is for the member's own systems. It is not to be shared, resold, or used to stand up a competing directory. Rate limits exist so one key does not flatten the service. We may suspend a key that is hammering the servers or that is feeding a scrape.
Rates, points of service, and fuel-surcharge figures in the tools are reference data. They are not a tender, and they are not ACI hauling the freight. Confirm a rate with the carrier before you book.
The Gateway stores what the member uploads and what the member asks us to track: authorized representatives, training, certifications, STA status, letters. The member remains responsible for the accuracy of that file and for its own TSA obligations. ACI is a software host, not the member's security coordinator and not the TSA.
Share a Gateway record only with partners the member designates. Do not copy someone else's compliance file off the system. We may suspend an account that uses the Gateway to collect other companies' personnel data without authority.
Print and digital ads run as contracted. Artwork has to be the advertiser's to use. We may refuse an ad that is false or that is outside the trade. Positions in the book are as available. A missed insertion because the artwork arrived late is not a refund of the whole program; we will work out a make-good or a partial credit.
Keep a password to yourself. Tell us if you think it leaked. Activity under your login is yours until you tell us and we have had a reasonable chance to shut it off.
We may close an account used for fraud, scraping, abuse of staff, or interference with other members. Short of that, you get notice and a chance to respond. You may close the account yourself under section 2.
Do not use the site to break the law, to probe the servers, to harvest listings into a competing product, to post someone else's personal information, or to impersonate a member or ACI.
A listing, a load post, and a Gateway record are not public social-media content. We do not take a license to display them except as needed to provide the product the member bought.
The site design, the ACI name, and the directory structure are ours. Print a page for your own file. Do not copy the database to run a look-alike.
You keep your rights in the listing copy and the compliance documents you give us. You grant a limited right to use that material to publish the listing, to run the tools, to bill, and to support the account. The license ends when we no longer have a lawful reason to keep the file, subject to the Privacy Policy and to printed copies already in circulation.
If you send a suggestion, we may use the idea in the operation. We do not owe a royalty. You are not assigning every intellectual-property right you own.
Send a DMCA notice that meets 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) through https://www.aircargocommunities.com/contact-us/, with "Copyright Notice" on the first line. Include:
We will take down material that does not belong there. A false notice can create liability for the sender. That is the statute.
Square's card page is Square's. Plausible's measurement runs under Plausible's policy. A carrier site linked from a listing is that carrier's.
The public site can fail. We work to keep the guide and the Gateway up because members pay for them. We do not warrant that every hour of every day will be clean. Planned work will be posted when we can.
Do not put a card number in an ordinary form that is not the payment page.
ACI does not carry the freight. We are not liable for a late pickup, a short delivery, or a cargo loss on a haul arranged through a listing or the load board. That claim belongs against the carrier.
We are not liable for lost profits or other indirect loss arising from use of the website, a listing that was accurate when posted, an API outage of ordinary length, or a login problem. Some states do not allow that limit. In those states it goes only as far as the law allows.
For claims against ACI that proceed and that are not cargo claims against someone else, our liability is capped at the amount paid to ACI for the product at issue in the twelve months before the claim. That cap does not apply to a claim that we sold or advertised with personal information in violation of the Privacy Policy. It does not apply to our own fraud or willful misconduct.
A right a statute says you cannot waive is not waived.
You confirm you are not on a United States prohibited-parties list and that you are not using the site to move business United States law forbids. If that changes, tell us before the next order.
A United States federal end user is buying a commercial item under 48 C.F.R. § 2.101. If a mandatory consumer rule in your home country cannot be varied by contract, that rule still applies to you. The rest of these terms apply to the extent they can.
Call first. 650-952-9050, or the form at https://www.aircargocommunities.com/contact-us/.
If that fails, disputes about these website terms and the memberships are heard in the state or federal courts sitting in San Mateo County, California, unless a statute requires another forum. California law governs these terms.
There is no forced-arbitration clause. You can go to court. Either of us may still seek an injunction if the other is misusing a name, a login, a scrape of the directory, or a compliance file.
A clarification gets a new date at the top. A material change — a new fee that was not disclosed, a new right to sell personal information, a new advertising tracker, or a new arbitration clause — will be posted at least 30 days before it applies to a new term.
A change does not rewrite a subscription term already paid, except that a change required by law applies when the law says it does.
If you do not accept a material change, do not renew. Close the account under section 2.
If a court strikes one sentence, the rest remains. Failing to enforce a sentence once is not a waiver the next time. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the order or quote for a particular plan are the agreement. A remark on a sales call does not replace them unless it is written into the quote. If we publish a translation, English controls. Headings are labels, not arguments.
